I never thought I'd get to the point where I could draw portraits like these without any sort of reference. I am very pleased with these. I'll start learning to do figures . . . eventually.

This is the linework for my next Illustration Techniques piece. The assignment is "someone you love, but don't trust." It's a play on The Fox & The Hound.
